Document Conversion
ISSUE: We do a lot of scanning and neglect to OCR the scans. We need to be able to search within the PDF/TIF documents.
SOLUTION: Kung Fu Systems converted 200,000 documents into a searchable format so users may look for specific language within the documents instead of just looking for the filenames.

ISSUE: A client wanted a logo designed and business cards, brochures, and mailers created from scratch.

ISSUE: What should we do in the event of a hurricane?
SOLUTION: A few summers ago the Tampa area had many hurricanes on the radar. Kung Fu Systems devised client specific Hurricane Response Procedures in case an evacuation was required. Having a Hurricane readiness protocol and checklist helps clients keep track of their critical systems when stress is greatest. There is no thinking involved just simply follow the protocol to make sure the items required are accomplished.
Lists to nowhere
ISSUE: A company ran a daily mail campaign where they would compile, print, and mail a daily list to potential clients. Many obstacles slowed this process and on top of it all the company had no idea if the list was producing results and what type of results.
SOLUTION: Kung Fu Systems successfully improved the process by creating and implementing: a database to collect the list; a method to quickly produce the mailers for that list; a way to verify addressing conflicts that saved cost on postage; and finally a checklist to track call backs (aka conversions) for success and failure rates of the various campaigns.

ISSUE: Many clients want to know how they can improve their results when potential customers perform searches. Some clients want to do this without burning through their entire marketing budget.
SOLUTION: Search Engine Optimization, better known as SEO, is a process designed to improve your search engine (Yahoo, Google, Bing) results by appealing to the myriad of complex proprietary algorithms created by those search engine companies. Kung Fu Systems successfully implemented GOOD HAT procedures. We were able to boost a client's results in Google without having to subscribe to adwords and pay per click. PLEASE NOTE: When optimizing it is important to use GOOD HAT procedures. No one wants to get black listed from the search engine.

ISSUE: Help my network room is a mess! As time wares on and your company uses one IT solution, then another, then another the mess mounts. We have seen our fair share of disasters waiting to happen.
